All database errors have been repaired and upgrades completed.  Thank you for your cooperation.

During the upgrade of the database, the system experienced a fault.  I have opened a ticket with Skyward and will begin work with them in the morning when their offices are open.  Be advised all Skyward services are currently down.

I will continue to update UCISD Tech Status and UCISD Tech Twitter (@ucisdtech) with updates.

Good evening.  We are needing to upgrade Skyward to the October release this evening, beginning at 8:00 PM.  This is a major release upgrade and will take several hours to complete.  Both Skyward Finance and Student will be upgraded (beginning with Finance).  All systems are scheduled to be operational again by tomorrow morning.

Spectrum have completed their repairs.  All network services have been restored to UCISD.

UCISD is being impacted by a wide-spread Time Warner/Spectrum outage.  Tech staff on site monitoring.  Will post updates on status changes here and on https://twitter.com/ucisdtech.

All software updates to Skyward (Finance & Student) have been completed.  Thank you again for your cooperation during this upgrade process.

Good afternoon.  Please be advised that Skyward will be taken down this evening at 8:00pm for software updates.  These updates will be applied to both Skyward Student and Skyward Finance.  You will not be allowed access to the system during the upgrades and if you have not logged out by the 8:00pm start time, your session will be disconnected.  This is a major version release upgrade and could take several hours.

I will post updates on the UCISD Status Page as well as on @ucisdtech Twitter account with updates and when the updates have been completed.  Thank you for your cooperation.
